During the period of 2 am and 6 am UTC startup times of some actors were delayed by 1-2mins. All the runs started correctly but actors with a low timeout threshold may have timed out. This was caused by the insufficient capacity of servers at some points in this period.
We have implemented a fix and working on a new monitoring system to make sure that this won't happen in the future.
